Veterans Golf at McLeod
The McLeod Veterans Golf group, fondly named The Vets, meet and play on Tuesday mornings. The Vets group is open to all male golfers 50 years and older, and visitors are always welcome to play. Vets golf is about making friends and conversation.
The Vets combine home games at McLeod, with a number of away games each year. A number of games are also played with the Senior Ladies in a variety of formats including 4BBB and Ambrose.
The group enjoys its golf and welcomes new members, from beginners through experienced to expert. Your age is never a barrier at McLeod Vets. Visitors from other clubs are welcome to play in all Vets events.
The Veterans Honour Board event is the R. G. Nicoll Perpetual Trophy played annually.
